ITA Group announced the acquisition of two European event agencies — C2events of West Yorkshire, England, and Daymakers of Utrecht, Netherlands — as part of its ongoing global expansion strategy. The acquisitions took effect Oct. 31. The move aims to broaden ITA Group’s European presence and event production capabilities. The acquisitions add depth to the global engagement agency’s health care and pharmaceutical event expertise while maintaining both agencies’ existing teams and leadership under ITA Group’s employee-ownership model. With these additions, ITA Group now employs more than 1,200 people across offices in the U.S., U.K., Australia and the Netherlands.
