JLL Inc., a national commercial real estate group, has recognized several people in its Des Moines office. Austin Hedstrom has been promoted to senior vice president, and Meredith Young to vice president. Also, Marcus Pitts and Justin Lossner have received the company’s Top Gun award; Hedsrom and Mike Minard, the Gold Achiever award; and Aaron Hyde, the Top Achiever award. The promotions and awards are based on revenue-building, leadership contribution and company enhancement.
