KCCI wins NPPA national award
KCCI has been named the national Station of the Year in the small market category by the National Press Photographers Association. This is the seventh time the station has won the honor, considered one of the top awards for news photography and videography in the country. “From feature stories to storm coverage and breaking news, KCCI photographers regularly demonstrate not only their technical skills and talents, but their dedication to visual storytelling,” said KCCI President and General Manager Brian Sather.
