Kum & Go buys more property in Western Gateway

0 wordsAll Latest News, Real Estate and DevelopmentKum & Go LC paid nearly $3.5 million to Des Moines commercial real estate investor and philanthropist Alan Zuckert for three properties in the 1500 block of Linden Street recently, further tightening its hold on land near the $150 million Krause Gateway Center that is under construction on Grand Avenue. Deeds were filed July 1 for the purchase of office buildings at 1501, 1515 and 1533-35 Linden. The properties had a total assessed value of about $1.2 million. A Kum & Go spokeswoman said the properties will be part of the master plan for the neighborhood surrounding Krause Gateway Center, which will serve as the company’s headquarters. Details of that master plan have not been released.
