The LCS Foundation announced it raised more than $1 million in 2025 to support the fight against Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias, one of the foundation’s pillars. The money was raised through corporate and community participation in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s events, galas and local activities and initiatives held throughout 2025. This is the first time the LCS Foundation has reached the $1 million level in a single year, according to a news release. Funds were raised through the collective efforts of LCS team members, senior living communities, residents, as well as corporate partners and supporters nationwide. Earlier this year, the LCS team received a lifetime achievement award for raising more than $5 million since the teams’ inception, and to recognize the LCS Walk to End Alzheimer’s national team as one of the largest in the country.
