Lead DSM Executive Director Amy Jennings has been elected to the board of directors of the Association of Leadership Programs, a national network representing more than 300 community leadership organizations across the U.S. Her three-year term began Jan. 1. Under Jennings’ direction, Lead DSM has expanded accessibility, enhanced alumni engagement and modernized its curriculum, serving over 300 participants annually. The appointment helps position Greater Des Moines as a voice in shaping how communities nationwide develop civic and business leaders, according to a news release.
