Lead DSM is now accepting nominations through March 6 for the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute Class of 2027, a nine-month program designed to strengthen community leadership across the region. The institute’s curriculum provides participants with a range of perspectives on Greater Des Moines, fostering awareness of local challenges and developing leadership skills among individuals from private, public and nonprofit sectors. Ideal candidates have demonstrated some level of community leadership experience and are committed to community engagement.
