Mercy College forms partnership to offer radiologic technology program

138 wordsAll Latest News, Education, Health and WellnessMercy College of Health Sciences and Mount Carmel College of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio, announced a new collaboration to offer an accredited Associate of Science degree in radiologic technology program beginning in May 2026. The program will combine online coursework through Mercy College with on-site skills labs at Mount Carmel College and clinical experiences across the Mount Carmel Health System and partner facilities. An extension of Mercy College’s accredited program, the partnership will prepare Ohio-based graduates to sit for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification exam and meet state licensure requirements. “This collaboration expands that mission beyond Iowa by combining our strengths with Mount Carmel College of Nursing to provide students with flexible, high-quality training in one of the most in-demand health care fields,” Dr. Adreain Henry, Mercy College president, said in a news release.
