Navigate Wellbeing Solutions, a West Des Moines-based employee engagement technology company, announced it has expanded its partnership with MercyOne to enable companies to improve employers’ investments in employee health and well-being. Through this partnership between MercyOne and Navigate, local employers can provide their employees access to resources ranging from wellness screenings and health coaching to connecting key services like finding physicians and mental health providers, the companies said in a press release. Part of the new offering available to MercyOne health system clients includes access to Navigate’s COVID-19 vaccine offering that employers can use to meet the new federal reporting mandates, as well as expanded mental health resources in light of COVID-19 and more tailored offerings for small to medium-sized businesses. “Navigate and MercyOne have worked closely to help Iowans get better access to health care through their employers,” said Brian Lackey, Navigate’s vice president of business development. “The COVID-19 pandemic has redefined the role health systems and employers play in community health, and this partnership will coordinate those efforts, creating a better employee experience.” MercyOne began the partnership with Navigate six years ago, and currently 18 companies employing 9,875 people receive services on Navigate’s platform through their relationship with Des Moines-based MercyOne. Founded in 2013 by Troy Vincent, Navigate now has more than 1.5 million employee users nationwide, with clients that include Iowa-based Meredith Corp. and Hy-Vee.
