Greater Des Moines houses prices increased 5 percent for the year ended in November and are expected to rise a more modest 3.5 percent through November 2016, real estate analytics firm CoreLogic Inc. said today. Nationally, prices rose 6.3 percent through November and are forecast to increase 5.4 percent over the following year.
