The National Association of Women Business Owners Iowa Chapter will recognize three Iowa women at its 2025 Celebration of Excellence on Dec. 2 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Glen Oaks Country Club in West Des Moines. The event, which highlights leadership and innovation among women entrepreneurs, will mark NAWBO’s 50th national anniversary and begin NAWBO Iowa’s 40th anniversary celebration. Honorees include Barb Kniff McCulla, founder of KLK Construction (Legacy Award); Riana LeJeune, owner of Repinned Upholstery Workroom and Renewabl Furniture Inc. (Business Owner of the Year); and Karla Rendall, senior vice president and commercial banking market leader (Advocate of the Year). The program will feature remarks from award recipients on their business experiences. Registration is now open through Nov. 21.
