A 14-acre parcel in Corporate Woods in Ankeny has been sold to Rochester, Minn.-based developer SDC LLC.

Chris Murray of Denny Elwell Co. said the development will be a mix of office and warehouse spaces that will be sold in a similar fashion to condominiums.

“It’s an upscale project and very unique to the marketplace,” Murray said. The development will be constructed east of the Hampton Inn & Suites.

Platting and construction are scheduled to begin early next year. Murray said the developer has had success with similar projects in the Twin Cities.
