As we welcome a new year, Urbandale continues to move forward inspired by our past and shaped by our vision of the future. We have already seen progress of the Downtown Master Plan coming to life via the pop-up block party (pictured above). We’re seeing partners reenergized and ready to bring new projects in the Urban Loop. We know that 2026 will bring more strategic redevelopment efforts, mixed-use projects and updated policies that reflect a community investing in what’s possible rather than what’s familiar. Urbandale is embracing the future in all corners of our community.
