The 2026 HousingIowa Conference will be Sept. 9-10 at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines. During the conference, exceptional programs and projects that demonstrate leadership and measurable impact in advancing affordable housing in Iowa will be recognized with awards. Award categories include multifamily, single-family and special needs housing developments and innovation. Two other categories include the Kay Anderson Friend of Iowa and Mark Sertterh Friend of Housing awards. Nominations will be accepted through June 5.
