The nearly 9-acre parcel includes a 2,464-square-foot house built in 1963; a 600-square-foot house built in 1966; a steel structure used as a stable; and a metal utility building. The transaction was recorded Jan. 20.
Adam and Mariah Haynes paid Clayton and Chelsy Garrels $2.3 million for property at 3834 NW 177th Court in Clive, Dallas County real estate records show. The property includes a two-story, 3,732-square-foot house built in 2022. The transaction was recorded Jan. 22.

A surge of multifamily development is underway in the Greater Des Moines area with more than 3,000 units currently being built and construction of an additional 4,800 units planned to start over the next three years, a new market report from CBRE Inc. shows.
