CIT Holdings Des Moines LLC paid MJA Inc. $600,000 for property at 155 S. 13th St. in West Des Moines, records show. The 1.7 acres include a steel-frame building constructed in 1995. The property is valued at $532,000. The transaction was recorded on Dec. 2.

TJL Investments LLC, ATI Capital LLC, Wave Capital Group LLC, Leo Investments LLC, DVV Investments LLC and Eric and Carol Ziel Joint Revocable Trust paid Lemar and Jennifer Koethe $2 million for 112 acres of farm ground west of Alleman, records show. The ground is south of Northwest 142nd Avenue. The transaction was recorded on Dec. 3.

TKKT LLC of Urbandale paid My Iowa Homes LLC $1.28 million for property at 6315 Hickman Road in Des Moines, records show. The property includes two three-story apartment buildings, each with 12 units. The property was valued at $1 million in 2019. The transaction was recorded on Dec. 7.

Matthew and Kristine Brick paid Delynn Boal Revocable Trust $1 million for property at 4126 Plumwood Drive in Urbandale, records show. The 1.39 acres includes a two-story, 4,583 square-foot house constructed in 2001. The property is valued at $1 million, records show. The transaction was recorded on Dec. 2.

Midwest Oilseeds Inc., based in Adel, paid Donnie and Connie Merkey $1.23 million for 112 acres of Dallas County farm ground, Dallas County real estate records show. Nearly 75 acres are located east of Northcrest Avenue and north of 215th Street, about three miles south of Minburn. The remaining 38 acres are near 195th Street and Jewell Place, about seven miles west of Minburn. The transaction was recorded Nov. 11.

Zane D. Schaefer paid the Jack G. West estate $1.1 million for property at 20292 240th St. near Adel, real estate records show. The transaction includes 47.7 acres, a single-family house constructed in 1890, and farm-related buildings. The transaction was recorded Nov. 30.

Grand Prairie Partners LLC, based in Urbandale, paid Clive Properties LLC $1.9 million for 2.5 acres along Grand Prairie Parkway, in front of Mills Fleet Farm, records show. The undeveloped property is valued at $3,750. The transaction was recorded Nov. 30.

Redfield EAC LLC paid Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center Inc. $65,000 for property at 1013 First St. in Redfield, records show.
