Four out-of-state investment groups paid Warehouse Investors LLC $13.54 million for property at 3901 Dixon St., Polk County real estate records show. The property includes a 199,180-square-foot warehouse constructed in 1995. The groups that bought the property are 3901 Dixon Investors LLC, Royal Holdings Ia. LLC and Perg 3901 Dixon LLC, all based in Kansas City, Mo., and Myron’s Yia Yia LLC, based in Overland Park, Kan. The transaction was recorded on Aug. 7.
Ryan and Shannon Woods paid the Paula K. Correy Revocable Trust $1 million for property at 10508 N.W. 74th Place in Johnston, records show. The 2.2 acres includes a 2,795-square-foot single-family house constructed in 2014. The transaction was recorded on Aug. 12.
Jens5 LLC paid Cityview 34 $1.5 million for property at 1331, 1333, 1335, 1337 and 1339 Keosauqua Way in Des Moines, records show. The properties are part of a townhome development just south of Interstate Highway 235. The transaction was recorded on Aug. 12.
