– YBRDM22 CRE LLC $2.6 million for property at 1901 James St. in Grimes, records show.

The property includes a 6,695-square-foot, one-story building constructed in 2014. The property is valued at $1 million.

– Stillwater CRE Partners LLC just over $2 million for property at 1602 SW White Birch Circle in Ankeny, records show. The 1.1-acre parcel includes an 8,000-square-foot building constructed in 2005. The property is valued at $2 million.

– Des Moines Childcare Holdings LLC just over $1 million for property at 2501 SE Creekview Drive in Ankeny, records show. The 1.3-acre parcel includes a 6,522-square-foot building constructed in 1994. The property is valued at $1.3 million.

– Des Moines Childcare Holdings LLC just over $2 million for property at 2860 SE Grimes Blvd. in Grimes, records show. The property includes an 8,000-square-foot building constructed in 2013. The property is valued at $1.4 million.

– Des Moines Childcare Holdings LLC $3.1 million for property at 415 W. Bridge Road in Polk City, records show. The property includes a 12,036-square-foot building constructed in 2000. The property is valued at $1.1 million.

– Altoona Childcare Holdings LLC $1.5 million for property at 907 Eighth St. SW in Altoona, records show. The 1.1-acre parcel includes a 3,144-square-foot building constructed in 1990. The property is valued at $559,000.

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines paid the city of Des Moines $7.3 million for property at Ninth and Locust streets in downtown, records show. The property includes a seven-story parking garage with over 1,000 spaces. The Des Moines City Council approved selling the garage last October. The transaction was recorded Feb. 2.

Genesis Homes Inc., located in Waukee, paid Hope Development & Realty LLC $1.2 million for 28 residential building lots in northwest Johnston, records show. The lots are in Ridgedale Heights Townhomes Plat 2. The transaction was recorded Feb. 3.

2100 Delaware LLC, located in West Des Moines, paid 6450 LLC and HARC LLC $4.4 million for property at 2100 Delaware Ave. in Des Moines, records show. The 4.5-acre parcel includes an 88,188-square-foot warehouse built in 1956. The property is valued at $3.8 million. The transaction was recorded Feb. 4.
