CCCO23 LLC paid AAA Storage Inc. $8.7 million for property at 2175 N. Ankeny Blvd. in Ankeny, Polk County real estate records show. The 4-acre parcel includes a three-story, 128,744-square-foot mini-storage warehouse built in 2018. The property is valued at $7.9 million.
The entity also acquired property at 6340 Stagecoach Drive in West Des Moines from AAA Storage Inc., Dallas County real estate records show. The property, which CCO23 LLC paid $9.2 million, includes a three-story, 91,707-square-foot mini-storage facility built in 2019. The facility is climate controlled. The property is valued at $6.6 million.
Both transactions were recorded on Nov. 3.

Kading Inc. has acquired property northwest of the DeSota interchange of Interstate Highway 80, Dallas County real estate records show.
