The parcel is located north of Interstate Highway 80 near the Ute Avenue exit. The parcel is northwest of a Maverik convenience store. The transaction was recorded Feb. 13.

Pioneer Assets LLC, located in Urbandale, paid Kwality Custom Homes LLC $1.6 million for six residential parcels in Waterford Way Townhomes Plat 1 in Urbandale, records show. The lots include two-story townhomes where construction was completed in 2025. The transaction was recorded Feb. 11.
