Des Moines area’s top real estate sales

Minneapolis-based real estate company Frauenshuh, doing business as D7-05 LLC, paid Prairie Trail Commercial LLC $1.9 million for 3.2-acres of undeveloped land in Ankeny, Polk County real estate records show.  The parcel is east of Heritage Elementary School on the south side of Southwest Prairie Trail Parkway. The transaction was recorded May 12.

Lekaks Texas LLC, located in Sequim, Wash., acquired property at 1792 NW Polk City Drive in Ankeny for $2.25 million, records show. The property’s sellers include Leo Investments LLC, T Leo Capital LLC, Spencer Vance and the Eric & Carol Ziel Revocable Trust. The 4.4-acre parcel includes storage warehouses. The property is valued at $3.1 million. The transaction was recorded May 12.

Michael and Tina Watson paid Redwood Builders LLC $1.1 million for property at 7373 NE Berwick Drive in Ankeny, records show.  The 1.4-acre parcel includes a recently constructed home. The transaction was recorded May 12.

Cory Christensen and Kayla Baxter paid APLL Homes just over $1 million for property at 795 Canterbury Circle in Waukee, records show. The property includes a 2,259-square-foot home whose construction was recently completed. The transaction was recorded May 13.
