Timmins LC $8.8 million for 113 acres north of Interstate Highway 80 and west of Eisenhower Drive Southeast in Bondurant, Polk County real estate records show. Vermeer plans on building a 300,000-square-foot production facility on the site, a move that will significantly increase its footprint in Iowa and allow for future expansion to meet the demand for the company’s agricultural and industrial products. The facility is expected to hire 182 workers. The site is part of the Timmins Industrial Park, a 187-acre site that has received certification from the Iowa Economic Development Authority. IALCO Polk County LLC, located in Denver, Colo., paid Brock and Kristin Rude $1.8 million for property at 4012 NE 62nd Ave. in Ankeny, records show.
