I often ask business leaders that I’m interviewing what books they’re reading or have read recently, not only because I’m nosy but because it provides some great insights about what’s important and top-of-mind for them right now. And personally, I’ve ended up reading quite a few of their picks. So I wanted to share this Forbes article that features a list of five books recommended this week by billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates. “Gates acknowledges that the topics for these books may sound a little too deep for vacation page-turners, but he says that each of the authors turned complex subjects into compelling stories and discussions,” writes Forbes staffer Richard Chang. I’ll likely have one or more of them reserved at the library by the time you read this, by the way.
