Back in the good old days of 2015 — before Facebook was truly plunged into the spotlight with regards to election influence, privacy and other recent turbulence — Zuckerberg shared the one question he asks before each new hire, Business Insider reports. “I will only hire someone to work directly for me if I would work for that person,” Zuckerberg said. “It’s a pretty good test, and I think this rule has served me well.”
