Skills: Highly-organized, customer service, strong communicator, social media, market research. Candidate must be proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel. Confident in verbal communications, writing and proofreading.
This new position will support the marketing efforts of the Business Record and dsm Magazine sales teams with the following responsibilities:
1) Assistance in preparing sales presentations
2) Assistance in market research
3) Sales analysis reporting
4) Digital advertising inventory management
5) Customer Data management
6) Social media and digital promotion assistance
7) Media sponsorship administration with local nonprofit organizations
8) Coordinating production with Account Executives, clients and internal design teams
9) Build e-database through Audience Development marketing efforts
10) Coordinate marketing campaign for Restaurant Week and other company hosted events
11) Event planning and staffing
12) Customer Service Courier
13) Scheduling photo shoots
14) Coordinating art and copywriting
15) Distributing promotional & marketing mailings, emails
16) Media Guide fulfillment
17) Organizational duties
18) Assist videographer as needed
