Lainson Properties, located in West Des Moines, Bose Properties LLC, Redi Group LLC, T&G Manning Holdings LLC, Treibel Holdings LLC and Kay paid NPJTC LLC $8.6 million for the majority interest in the properties, which include business center condominiums at 9101, 9131, 9161, 9201 and 9241 Northpark Drive and 5404 and 5504 NW 88th St. The transaction occurred Dec. 1.
