Omaha Print has agreed to purchase the customer base of Holm Graphic Services Inc. to expand to the Greater Des Moines market. Mary Ann Amundson, Holm’s president, CEO and sole shareholder, will join Omaha Print as the company’s Iowa regional director for sales and business development. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The business, located at 1418 Walnut St., will utilize Omaha Print’s manufacturing capa¬bilities and Holm will cease its own production. The Omaha-based company, founded in 1858, offers sheet-fed, heat-set web presses and a full bindery, along with digital printing, creative design and marketing services.
