What initially sparked your interest in your current field or industry?
My curiosity about people and learning, along with a passion for developing both myself and others, is what initially pulled me into this work.

What are you most proud of professionally right now?
I’m proud of earning deep trust from my clients and becoming someone they rely on for guidance and support. Building those relationships—where clients feel safe to be honest, explore challenges, and grow—has been one of the most meaningful parts of my work.

What does a typical day – or a great day – look like in your role?
A great day is spending time training with clients—facilitating meaningful discussion, building clear action steps, and watching real progress take shape. I love seeing teams gain clarity, energy, and direction, and leaving the room knowing they’re equipped to move forward with confidence.

What are you most excited about in the next 12-18 months?
I’m excited to celebrate five years in business and to continue rolling out my Elite 5 leadership program. It’s been an incredible journey, and I hope it continues to create meaningful impact for the leaders and teams I support.
