• Doubled impact since 2022-23, now serving 10,215 students across 82 communities and 52% of Iowa counties in 202 programs (as of 6/30/25)
• Strong outcomes: 98.4% graduation rate; 38% improved attendance
• Statewide business support: 1,500+ partners; 66.3% of 11th/12th graders meet state work-based learning requirements with hands-on-learning
• Continued investment in staff development to meet varied student needs

• What are you most excited about in the next 12-18 months?
• Projected to serve over 11,500 students 
• Expanded program and curriculum alignment with state departments and legislative priorities
• Piloting online and after-school programming and enhancing our College Success Programs
