Optimae Home Health Services has been accredited for a three-year period for its Central Iowa division by Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) Inc. The latest accreditation is the second consecutive three-year accreditation Optimae has received from the national accrediting body. The accreditation process entailed an in-depth self-study and three-day site visit that included field visits with nursing, home health and occupational therapy staff, as well as a review of charts, policies and procedures. The division offers skilled nursing and home health aides, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapy that allow customers to continue living at home while receiving medical care.
