Parcel split into two commercial lots
A parcel at the corner of Merle Hay Road and Northwest 60th Avenue could be split into two commercial lots pending approval from the Johnston City Council.
Bob Knapp is proposing to split the 6.09-acre lot into two separate lots, one covering 64,622 square feet and the other 200,530 square feet.
The land is zoned for mixed use and allows Class 2 commercial, high-density residential or office building. The Johnston Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend that the City Council approve the split.
