Pella Corp. has announced the appointment of Taylor Hougland as executive vice president and group president, business units, effective April 6. Hougland will report to President and COO Emily Videtto and oversee the growth strategy and financial performance of Pella’s portfolio of brands, including Pella, Avanti, Bonelli, Burris, CWS, Weather Shield and Win-Dor. Hougland joins Pella from Whirlpool Corp., where he led a multi‑billion‑dollar North American business unit and managed multiple brands and operations. His background includes experience in mergers and acquisitions at UBS and private equity at Hammond Kennedy Whitney.
