Peoples Co. acquires asset management firm
Clive-based Peoples Co. has acquired Greenline Asset Management LLC of DeWitt and retained industry veteran Jim Kedley. Kedley, a licensed broker with a career in real estate spanning more than 20 years in Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois, specializes in the brokerage and management of farmland, acreages and recreational ground. He will work out of Peoples’ Total Realty Co. office in DeWitt.
