Construction has begun on Stonebrooke Terrace, just north of Fountain Plaza and the Avenue of the Arts, which will house the Blue Moon Piano Bar and another unnamed restaurant. Doug and Kim Vernon, Craig and Karla Vernon, and Scott and Abby Schmailzl, all local residents, plan to open the dueling pianos bar in May of next year.

The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner and will often feature performances by two piano players playing together. It will have patio seating and a mezzanine level with VIP seating and a separate bar. Next to the building, an expanded Fountain Plaza will open in June 2008, offering a space for public events. Drury Inn hotel also is scheduled to open in September 2008.

These projects are part of phase two of the West Glen development.
