Principal Real Estate buys Denver buildings
Principal Real Estate Investors announced today that it has acquired three office buildings within the Denver Tech Center, a premier suburban office park.
Built in 1985, One DTC is 15 stories tall and contains 232,946 square feet, including a four-level parking structure with more than 600 spaces. Crescent V is four stories tall and has 89,895 square feet. Crescent VI is six stories tall and contains 134,113 square feet.
Principal Real Estate Investors is part of Principal Global Investors, a wholly owned subsidiary of Des Moines-based Principal Financial Group Inc. The parent company is also in the news today; its stock was upgraded by Credit Suisse from “underperforming” to “neutral.”
