Technology Association of Iowa and accounting firm LWBJ have named finalists for the Prometheus Awards in 14 categories that drew a combined 124 nominations. Finalists for Ag Technology Company of the Year, a new category, are: Agrisync, DuPont Pioneer, GlobalVetLINK, John Deere Intelligent Solutions and SwineTech. In the other new category,  Technology Community of the Year, finalists are: Ames, Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids, Council Bluffs, Fairfield, Greater Des Moines; Iowa City area and the Mason City/Clear Lake area. Winners will be announced at a ceremony that starts at 5 p.m. April 14 at Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center and typically draws about 1,000 attendees. Read the full list of finalists.
