Ramsey Auto and Truck Center, 9625 Hickman Road, has submitted a site plan to the city of Urbandale to add 3,800 square feet to the old Benson Buick dealership.

The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the site plan at its Oct. 29 meeting. The addition will house Ramsey’s Subaru and Mazda dealerships.

Ramsey Auto and Truck Center would not release any additional information about the project.

The addition would replace a previous site plan submitted for a new building in June
