Women and men interested in attending the 2015 Iowa Women Lead Change Dubuque Conference can now register for the event, which will take place Oct. 8 at the Grand River Center in Dubuque. The event was tailored specifically to the tri-state area by a local steering committee with IWLC staff assistance. It will feature a lineup of three nationally recognized keynote speakers: Lisa Bloom, American Civil Rights advocate and legal analyst; Alison Levine, history-making polar explorer and mountaineer; and Cy Wakeman, award-winning author, business consultant and trainer.
