Programming begins June 12 and runs through July 24 at Principal’s corporate offices, focusing on leadership, communication, time management and financial literacy. Participants receive stipends for attendance, and registration closes May 31 or once capacity is reached. The program, developed with Drake University’s Robert D. and Billie Ray Center, reflects the region’s ongoing efforts to strengthen Iowa’s future workforce through business and community collaboration.
