A new international business will be added to the list of business clients in West Glen Town Center in West Des Moines.

Dallas-based Regus Group announced it would lease 20,000 square feet of office space on the fourth floor of the Promenade Plaza North building and is planning on moving in the fall of 2008.

Regus, traded on the London Stock Exchange (RGU), has offices in 70 countries and provides workplace solutions for businesses and offices.

Heath Bullock of CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial brokered the 120-month lease for Regus. West Glen Town Center officials said the Promenade Plaza North building is scheduled to be completed by the fall of 2008. This is the first Iowa location for Regus.

In a press release from Regus, Michael Berretta, vice president of business development, said West Glen Town Center was “perfectly situated” and expects a “high demand” for its products.
