Pleasant Hill residents can review and comment on a draft of the city’s comprehensive plan from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Riley Resource Group, 4400 E. University Ave. The Parks, Recreation and Open Space master plans also will be available for review. The plans will help guide the city for the next 20 years.
