Two of R&R Realty Group’s residential communities have received Pinnacle of Excellence Awards from the Greater Iowa Apartment Association, the company announced. Sierra Pointe Apartments in West Des Moines and Residences at 62W in Johnston received the 2018 Best Resident Activities Award and the 2018 Best New Community Award, respectively. Pinnacle of Excellence award winners are determined by a panel of reviewers from the National Apartment Association. This is the second year in a row that Sierra Pointe Apartments has won the Best Resident Activities Award, according to a release.
