Frank Russell, founder and CEO of Prositions Inc. in Urbandale, recently received the Learning Champion Award for his exceptional contributions to the learning industry. The award, presented by ELearning! magazine, takes into account Russell’s more than 30 years of innovation and entrepreneurism in the learning and development industry. Among the accomplishments he was recognized for is the creation of one of the first cloud-based learning management systems.
