Bryan Bielfelt has been named construction manager at Septagon Construction’s Grimes office.

According to a news release, Bielfelt will oversee field operations, workforce coordination, and project execution.

He recently served as chief operating officer at Freedom Framework, where he led field operations, estimating and project management.

Bielfelt also gained experience in grading, paving and asphalt before spending eight years with Concrete Technologies, where he worked his way up to work on large projects, including Septagon’s project on the Brownell’s manufacturing facility.

In the news release, Brad Leonard, president of Septagon’s Grimes division, said Bielfelt has built a strong relationship with the Septagon team working with them as a subcontractor.

“He brings a solutions-oriented mindset and a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver successful projects,” Leonard said in the release. 

Bielfelt said in the release that he’s excited to join the Septagon team.

“I’ve developed a deep respect for Septagon and its commitment to quality and teamwork,” he said.

Septagon has offices throughout Missouri and Iowa, offering design and construction services.
