SHAZAM Inc. has partnered with United Bankers’ Bank (UBB) to offer financial institutions in its network a product to help protect customers from the increasing risk of identity theft while also providing an additional source of income.

Financial institution customers who enroll in ID TheftSmart, a comprehensive protection and identity restoration product, receive one-on-one access to licensed investigators with Kroll Inc., the world’s leading risk consulting company.

During the product launch this month, financial institutions interested in ID TheftSmart can take part in a promotional package that allows up to 50 employees to enroll at no cost to the financial institution upon the enrollment of 500 customers.

Based in Johnston, SHAZAM Inc. operates the SHAZAM electronic funds transfer network, providing automated teller machine and payment card processing to member financial institutions in 33 states.
