The Urbandale Planning and Zoning Commission this week approved a site plan for a Casey’s General Store that would be constructed at 4580 114th St. The 4,160-square-foot convenience store would include seven fuel stations covered with a canopy. Polk County assessor records show that R&R Realty Group LLC currently owns the nearly 1-acre site on which the convenience store is proposed to be built. The City Council is expected to approve the site plan at its meeting on Monday.
