Solheim Cup seeks to honor fallen police officers
In honor of Iowa police officers killed in the line of duty, the 2017 Solheim Cup is donating $5,000 plus 10 percent of its November ticket sales to the statewide chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors. Iowa COPS supports police departments and families in those cases. Five officers have been killed on the job this year. The volunteer organization has helped families plan funerals, organize processions and administer ceremonial rites. You candonate online.
