Some tenants at Southridge Mall in Des Moines have received notices from the mall's owner that their leases are up and they will need to vacate their stores by May 31.

Des Moines Register: Some tenants at Southridge Mall in Des Moines have received notices from the mall’s owner that their leases are up and they will need to vacate their stores by May 31. Owner Macerich, based in California, said it plans to make improvements to the western portion of the mall, including needed roof repair.
