On Jan. 7, SpringHill Suites Des Moines West, 1236 Jordan Creek Parkway became the first of three West Des Moines hotels to change ownership.

Houston-based Moody’s National Cos. bought SpringHills Suites for more than $11 million from Raleigh, N.C.-based Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co.

In September, Moody’s National announced it would purchase three West Des Moines hotels as part of a 20-hotel portfolio purchase from Concord.
