A new office building could be in the works for Des Moines. Jeff Stickel of Stickel Chiropractic Clinic PC is planning a $1.6 million, three-story building at 2925 Ingersoll Ave.

The building will have an estimated 14,000 square feet of space. The building will use precast concrete, extra-thick glass for its windows and polysteel for its frame.

Stickel plans to move his practice into one of the three floors. Stickel has requested review and approval of his site plan at the Jan. 17 Des Moines Plan and Zoning Commission meeting.
